All orders placed are final sale. We do not process any returns/refunds due to the nature of our products. The only exception will be if a product is returned to Naturally Free for shipping reasons, at that time you will be refunded the product price at time of purchase minus the shipping cost. Please allow 24-48 business hours from the date your email is sent, to be reviewed and responded to. Should your inquiry require more investigation, attention or processing please allow 48 more business hours to review and respond.
DAMAGED/LOST/ STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package is lost/stolen after tracking number has been created and has been processed by USPS/UPS Naturally Free cannot be responsible. You will have to make a claim with the Post Office/UPS. Once you receive a tracking number it is your responsibility to contact the post office/UPS about issues regarding your package. If your item is returned to Naturally Free we will happily reship the product however you will have to purchase a new shipping label. We are not responsible for returned packages due to missing information, incomplete addresses, wrong addresses entered etc.
Please be sure to provide correct and all shipping info during checkout including any apartment #s, unit #s etc. This will help prevent delays and additional shipping charges being added if package is returned. All shipments are processed and sent between 1-3 business days.
